The Home Alone Program is designed to provide children 10 years of age and older with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time. It will help them understand how to prevent problems, handle real-life situations, and keep them safe and constructively occupied.
Course material covers such topics as:
- Establishing a routine
- House Key is your responsibility
- Strangers
- Telephone
- Emergencies
- Basic First Aid
- Internet Safety
Friday, June 2nd from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (SCBSB Elementary PA Day)
Students of this course must be at least 10 years old.
Students, please bring a snack, and water in a refillable bottle.
